Inexpensive, Quality Case
I'm selling my old computer to a friend. But keeping the current case for my new rig.
I'm looking for a good, quality case. Something easily maintained, quiet, sturdy, and good air-flow. Needs to be mid-tower, ATX. Nothing too flashy, preferable black or silver.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I'd probably say an Antec Sonata.

Or the Sonata II, but that may be a bit more expensive alternative. It depends on the budget...

Good point.
How much you got to spend gonz0???
Another consideration is size. Thankfully not an issue for me.
Much as I love my Sonata, it's quite a sizeable, imposing mass. There are 'neater' cases out there, but then there's airflow considerations with the smaller cases.

Yea, I've got a good psu already (Antec PurePower350w). I like the suggestions, I only really wanna spend at most about 80 dollars. Good suggestions so far.

Im not into flashy cases but this only has one small drawback.. it depends on the positioning of the case.. as the drive bay cover is hinged on the left side of the case, this impedes in the access to the dvd drives i have installed. This is due to my desk and the only optimum position is to have the case on my right hand side underneath and quite close to my chair.
This is my opinion on my own setup, will differ on the desktop & preference of a user.
secondly if you choose to add a 120mm intake fan, this has a very effective filter for dust.

Yea, I just got done reading an article on that case mig. Looks like this could be the one that has exactly what I'm looking for. Considering the case is for a girl, and she really doesn't know much about computer maintinence. This case is looking to be perfect. Other than the occasional dusting she should have an easy time taking care of it.
