??? Need help with memory settings

hi there. Recently put together my first proper pc and could need some help with getting the memory settings right. I got 2 TwinMos pc 4300 Twister 512 cl3. Mobo is an a8n-sli. Have tried some a8n sli threads but havnt got any resposn to my question there.

From The suppliers website I
got this information, as you
can see, it doesnt give much info
and i know It wouldnt help asking them for help.
Sry its in Norwegian but, guess you got the point

----------------->

TwinMOS TwiSTER Series minne - 512 MB - DIMM 184-pin - DDR512 MBDDR SDRAMDIMM 184-pin533 MHz ( PC4300 )CL3Dobbeltrad , ikke-bufret2.5 V

The strange thing is that my ram are not 2.5 V Its 2.8 volt. Well i think so cuz they got a sticker on them that says so. My mobo puts them to 2.7, but I raised them to 2.8 with Ai boost

From the Twinmos site I got
this info
-------------------------->
DR400 TwiSTER PRO:
Cas Latency – 2
T(RP, Precharge to Active) - 2
T(RCD, Active to CMD) - 2
T(RAS, Active to Precharge) - 5
Voltage: 2,6Vdimm +/- 0,2V

Problem is that I dont have that ram, and they one I got are not on the twinmos site. Buts its the closest I have comed so far getting any info about what my settings should be.

So my question is what should I set my ram to and what should I try to raise if I want to overclock them. Will the memoryclock and volt settings be enough to fiddle with?

Atm. my ram settings in bios looks like this:
DRAM Over 4g Remapping (disabled)
Max memoryclock (ddr433)
memory timimgs (T1)
Tcl (3.0)
Trcd (auto)
Tras =
Trp =
Trcfc =
Twr =
Trwt =

Thx for any solutions or just coments that can bring me a bit further on this
