can somene tell me how to make my laptop's dial up wireless and without having to network.

dialup wirelessly? that would involve some kind of cell phone modem. you can't just have a wifi card and dialup from anywhere. if anything, you would need to go to a hotspot to connect.

How about asking your next-door neighbors if they happen to have broadband Internet and a wireless network? If you find one who does, you can offer to chip in some money for their Internet service, in exchange for them letting you use their Internet service with a wireless card, from within your own home.
