Shutdown errors...

Whenever I shut down my computer and the shut down animations start, I get a whole bunch of prompts telling me "your computer is low on virtual memory...etc." does anyone know why this happens?

What OS are you Using??? Have you tried all of the usuall fixes ie...scandisk a system utility like nortons or ontrack??

Mike.. try to Shut Down the computer from Safe Mode.. if no err msges then the prob. might be with some drivers.. also check if any unknown devices listed in Device Manager.

If your using XP, 2K or NT, check the Event Viewer (in Administrative tools). You might get a clear idea of the problem this way.
