Wireless Hacking?

Help!!

Ive just had a strange problem with my wireless router. About 5 mins ago, I lost my network connection, so I checked under my desk at my router and saw the wireless activity lights flashing like mad. I dont have any wireless devices connected to it so it wasn't anything I was doing. Then the router rebooted and has been doing this everytime I try to access either the internet or my network drives. Does anyone know what could be causing this.

The router is a NETGEAR WR314.

Everything appears to be working normally now. I had to completley reset the router back to the factory settings and then set it up again using a different channel. I think I may have just been getting interference from somewhere but i dont know where - unless the neighbours have just got some wireless kit installed tonight. In which case they would have been having a couple of hours worth of headaches
