Comcast Cable is providing 3000 Kbits down and 256 Kbits up.
My own tests, per PCPITSTOP, show: 3542 Kbits down and 246 Kbits up.

I have ADSL. It's not the fastest (16kps up, 80kps down) but it's one of the ISP's that refuse to give info to the RIAA, so it works for me. At least it's extremely consistent.
I'd love to go faster, but I'm not the one that pays the bill on it, I am just the one that uses it the most.
