Little help - iaa

Whenever I try to install the intel app accelerator it says everything's fine until after reboot when it doesn't load the driver. I have a laptop but I don't think that's the problem because I get the same result with the older version that supported laptops, and my chipset is supported (815).
Can anyone provide a solution?

I read in an old post that you should install the chipset drivers first. Which ones? All the downloads listed for my chipset on the Intel site are: graphics driver, INF update utility, audio driver, USB drivers and the iaa.
Would greatly appreciate some advice!

INF update; only for win98/ME, I think. But then I don't have an intel graphics chipset, just the 815ep on a desktop system. Maybe you should install first everything appropriate to your system (including inf update) and then the IAA.

Good luck
