quicktime

I wan't to view quicktime .mov files but don't want to install the quicktime player. Are there any alternatives which I can use instead?

I think you need the windows media player.... thats the only way i know how 2 do it.... not sure

I installed media player classic - but I'm happy with that. I just don't like the quicktime player as it always seems to take over my browser no matter which settings and filetypes I tell it to associate with.

i feel th same way about realplayer... but the main reason is it's spyware
