i would re-format then! you had what may be 200-300 registry keys i didn't count but it seems alot more, the nero6 left alot of trash behind!! really?? i never know it'll do that.
i use nero 5.5 and it only write about 500-550 entries during the installation and i would say it should leave about only 20 registry keys after uninstall.
all of the registry keys removed was related to Nero(only),
and i believed it'll work after you did it and downgrade to use Nero5,
the Nero5 detects your drive during installation, and when it do it'll work at most of the time. (showing in windows registry under this..
