give this a try
1: right click on my computer to bring up options
2: press hardware tag
3: youll see device management then 2 options
         &n bsp a:driver signing       b:hardware
4: press a: driver signing.
you should see 3 options
a: ignore warning (try this one)
b: warn user (what your seeing)
c: block
try those if that don't work they might have a corrupt file in them,unless someone else knows.
worth a try.
