fixing moniter

I know i should just go and buy a new moniter but im broke and cant dish out 100+ bucks to buy a new one. Im useing a S710 17 inch moniter, the only problem is that its blurry there is not option on the moniter to fix i have taken it apart but i cant find a focus adjustment knob anywhere....there are 4 knobs in there labled

is there a program that can make the output from the pc sharper? im useing a GF4 Ti4200. As far as i know there is not sharpness adjust in the drivers but im not sure....any help would be great!!!
