HOLLY SH*T,My computer should already stopped working!? :/

Now, Im really confused. By reading an article(http://www2.arnes.si/~aurank1/PSU-FAQ.doc) I can't even understand how could my PC work without problems. By my calculations I need arround 11,65A on the +12V rail. But looking at the specs of my PSU the max output is only 8A. Heres a table in which I calculated how much juice does my PC require:

11,65A 12V = 139,8W
12A 5V = 60W
7A 3,3V = 23,1W
TOTAL = 223W

Heres the link for my PSU's specs:

But in the long end yeah, def. save up some money to get a true 400W or higher power supply, it'll help a lot
The prob. is with +12V rail. Read the links I gave and U should know what Im talking about. Or perhaps Im just misguided
