Recording myself and refresg rate

Hi all , im not sure if im posting that in the right forum .

I think i posted
this question in 100 boards and no one know how to do .

Im using the refresh fix program because i can't play ingame at 60hz . It hurt my
eyes and my fps slow down .
I need to record myself while playing . Im using a vrc connected to
OUT EXIT of my geforce ti 4400
When the refresh rate is at 60hz , everything is FINE . The vrc record
is GOOD .
But if i set the refresh rate at 85hz , the vrc can't record . The
image is all messup .
Some told me its because the tv work at 60hz .

I realy need to record myself and play at 85hz .
You got some idear of how doing it?
Maybe its possible to setup my graphic card for 85hz on my pc tv and
60hz for the vrc?

Last thing , i want to record myself like this and after that i want to make an avi of it . I don't want to look at that with a TV .

Thanks for the help .

I wouldn't use VNC to record at all and your games will be unaffected by your refresh rate if you turn off vSync in game or in your display properties.

Use Fraps to record in-game.

I don't have your video card, but I do what you are attempting to do all the time with my Radeon 8500.

I play the game in 1024x768x32 @ 85Hz. I use the Video Out @ 1024x768x32@60Hz.

What it requires is that you 'split' the output.

I do this all the time. It works great, too!
