Buy the fastest "A" processor from the P4 line that you can afford, then ratchet your FSB to about 133 on an ABIT TH7II with PCI dividers available for 1/4 ratio and PC2700 ram and you're good to go.

Or go with an XP rated at like 2000+ or 2100+. All you get with the 2200+ negative 100 dollars more, an inefficient heat dissipation design, and voodoo overclocking (all depending of what hour and what day of the second lemotard your batch was ported intravenously.) sorry me go crayze.
