??? Question about a TV/Monitor

Last year I bought a BUSH LT22M1CWA. I left the manual back in the UK (which BTW I never opened) and I am trying to find any info I can. I can't find anything. There is a chance the model is actually a Heier model renamed, but that is just a guess.
What I am trying to find above all is if it will be able to work properly without another decoder for the upcoming digital TV package that is coming soon here. They are going to broadcast in MPEG4 (same thing as H.264 as far as I know), where if I am not mistaken, Freeview does in MPEG2.
