Looking for a new case

Well it left California today and will take about a week to arrive via ground shipping. I will post pics for sure but in the meantime checks out Z's review if you want to see the case up close

Dust is the main problem am having as well thats why i wanted to change my case, i thought that this case came with dust filters on the side panels as well at least that's what the sales person told me

any way i guess i will keep looking

Can you not get the Raven R02 ? It has a dust filter on every single fan at the bottom which are removable by hand and easily washable.

Unfortunately not, its really hard to get any decent hardware (i got most of mine from UK through friends e.g graphics card, motherboard e.t.c.) here (in Botswana) as most computer retailers are ignorent of PC hardware and those that are not are really overpriced

Thats a bummer - I really have no idea of that region, but its a shame a big store doesn't venture into that part of the world, im sure there are more than just you living there who think the same.

most definitely there are 3 or 4 DH members who live (or lived) here (in Botswana) and we all feel the same about these retailers we even tried to order through them the latest graphics cards but the newest card they have at the moment, in the ati department is a 3850 and the nvidia is the 7800 gt or something like that

I recommend the Raven 2, on price alone it beats the Corsair, I have a couple of minor quarks, but nothing the money I saved from not getting the Corsair case did not solve.

I went with Zardon's recommendation, and I can concur it is just as kickass, oddly appealing (because of how everything mounts) and has plenty of room.

ps You do sound like a broken record zardon. update damn you, sound like a broken ipod instead.

well mine will be here tomorrow if all goes according to plan. a second 5850 will be here today to go with whats listed in my system specs. I am looking forward to the new system build

If the HX850 cant handle it I can always throw in a Tt 250w GPU PSU i have laying around collecting dust

You can also get a DP -> DVI adapter

ditto , although I don't have a friend in the UK. Egypt are so damn close to Europe but most companies don't give sh** however

DH reviews nice hardware but what arrives here are completely different . We get the worst make of everything mostly. (AKA Bottom feeder)

here is a pic with just the psu in place before i removed it to get the PSU strap in place. It seems a bit scary having 4 screws carry the weight of a PSU
