SB750 and ACC?

I just wonder if anyone have understood what the ACC does and how it really works.

Per default it's set to -2 for each core. Since it's always the same core that fails stresstest first when I try, this might be one way to make it work better and keep up with the other cores. However, since I have no real idea how the ACC works I don't know how to go about it.
