ms sidewinder mouse

since my razer da got toasted during firmware update & my prior exp with their support doesnt leave me any hope i will be looking for new mouse.
any opinions on the sidewinder would be appreciated. or any other mouse that u think might be viable.

I would avoid it if I could.
I bought it and while it was the cheapest good mouse at the time, sometimes I wish I hadn't.

looks like razer is offering to replace it... not 100% sure yet tho.
would be the rt thing to do & would be cool of them to!
