Activating HT on Dell Celeron system?

I have an old Dell Dimension Celeron system that i've pulled out of retirement and I loaded some software on it that gave me some system information. I noticed that it said "Hyper Threading: Not activated" or something like that. So, I'm assuming it has HT on it and I was wondering if it's possible to activate the HT?

If I am right, the Celeron does not support Hyperthreading, only the Pentium 4 and Xeons do.

HyperThreading is only Pentium 4 feature. Don't know did intel use the HT tech on xeons during that time.

its a mobo feature, probably would cause errors if activated.

From what I understand, Celeron processors are just P4's that didn't make the cut and are therefor locked up and watered down. Just like GPU's, they all start out with the highest of hopes to be top of the line but some fall short and end up on low-end budget cards.

If that's true, then the Celeron processor does have HT but it must be activated by the mobo.
