exclamation Backup & Encryption solution

So I've been tasked by my boss to find a good backup solution with encryption software here at work (only for personal use, not for a wide company use of course... we already have that!)

I was looking into it and figured the WD Office edition 500gb would be suitable with the WD-Edition Kensington lock

Now my question:
What is a good software for backups that includes encryption

It must be able to do:

- Full 1st time backup
- Automatic or Manual incremental backups after that big 1st backup
- Encrypt data with a password
- Restore data (piece by piece or the whole thing)
- Obvious capability to choose only certain folders, certain times etc...

Price is not an issue since my company will gladly shell out the dough for it. If it's free, then fine by me!

Thanks guys I know you will have a nice solution for me

P.S. I've looked at MagicLab StorageCrypt 2003 ... seems decent enough at a very reasonable price... Any users of that?

I'm not impressed at all with some of the WD backup software setups that i've both ran into and tried to implement myself...

But i found that windows Vista's Business eddition capabilities worth noting.... much more user friendly imo.. And if you can get bitlocker... should do wonders.

What OS you running?

Our company will not adopt Windows Vista until late this year (or even early 2009)
We are sticking with XP SP2 for now

Have you tried Norton Ghost for the backups? I've heard that's good.
No idea about the encryption though :/
