LCD USB Issues
I'm having some problems with the USB ports on both the side and back of my LCD. I'm using an IBM ThinkPad R51 and using it in extended desktop mode with my Dell 1950FP LCD display. There are no issues whatsoever in just using it for that. When I try to connect the USB cord from the LCD to allow use of the 4 USB ports the connected devices (mouse / keyboard for now) freeze every few minutes which then eventually leads into a blue screen saying something about the USB and then restarting. Is there an easy fix such as drivers for this issue or something else I can do?

Ok... might have found the possible solution. I'll know in about 10 minutes. In the USB properties in device manager there's an option for allowing the computer to turn off these devices to save power. Since I'm on a laptop it may be trying to do that. I unchecked the box so hopefully that works.
