Hot fan..
Ok. Just minutes ago I heard weird noise coming from my case. It was some wires from my PSU jamming the big antec tri-cool fan in lower bay and man it's was hot! Now I thank my good hearing that I got the cooling of my hdd's back online

Hmmm, I actually had to reread it to see if there was an actual question contained herein, but alas it was a statement that you solved your problem

yeah I fixed that but still I hear the same sound .. I've been trouble shooting it for days now. I thought that it was because of that but I still hear the weird squeaking sound every now and then ... and now I see that the NB fan is in halt

Might be a bearing loose on one of the fans.....unplug all of them and go from there

MSI board and the NB fan had some issues since it was really hard to me to turn the blades so I replaced it with Termalright's HR-05-SLI that fit's my mobo. Man it's tight fit on since I got Antec P180 case ... I'll upload some pictures when I'm sure that system is stable ...

If the fan gets stuck the magnets could melt the wiring and affect the fan that way.... other than just bearing failure and such.
NB coolers usually fail most of the time anyway. I buy mobo's fully expecting to replace any fans on them
