Volume bitmap errors..
Ok, I had this errors for some time now. And when I run chkdsk /F it fixes them but then when I reboot they are back... I don't have any idea what is causing them.
So if you guys have some ideas let me know.

What exactly is a bit map error?
Just some general thoughts: Did you try some diagnostic software by the drive manufacturer? And how about SMART status? Maybe try different data cable.

In that case I would erase MBR (I'm not sure if zerofill does that). I have never encountered this kind of problem. I don't have any other ideas, sorry.

I did low level format and no help... And it's not a virus.. so there is some problems on the plates or the writing head.

Run Hitachi DFT on the drive. If it passes that then I would say you'd have to do something more than just zero the drive. I had something similar happen once and running an 8 pass PRNG wipe sorted it out.

Ok, Will it run on other drives or is it just for Hitachi drives?

No problem. I've got the drive replaced and now all of them works just fine.
