Question about the 2100+ XP and the ASUS A7A266 MB

I have a two questions. One is what is the difference between the Model 6 2100+ XP CPU and the Model 8? Also what is the difference between all of them and the 2100+ XP throughbred.

Second question. Will the throughbred work in my ASUS A7A266 FSB266 with the most recent updated bios 1012.003 ? I checked the Asus website and they said with the updated bios it handle the 2100+ XP Model 8 and Model 6 ....but what is the Throughbred?

Thanks ahead of time.

dont quote me on this one, but I think the thoroughbred you are talking about is the thoroughbred "B" which was just a revision that amd made to their processor, where they added another layer to their processor, and somehow it made it more easily overclocked...??...sumthing like that, I read about 3 months ago in a Maximum Pc mag....dont see any reason why it wouldnt work with your new mobo...??
