Help With Upgrades

OK, I'm finally going to make the jump from AGP to PCIE & i have been scouring the net for the best deals i can find suited to my budget. My current setup is

K8 Upgrade NF3 Motherboard,
AMD 64 3000+ cpu
1024MB pc2300 RAM... yes not 3200, ebay guy ripped me off
Sapphire x800 pro
160GB IDE HD

I'm planning to get
K8NF6P-VSTA Motherboard,
Same CPU, as budget wont allow upgrade
2048MB pc3200 RAM
Sapphire x1950 Pro Ultimate/W Zalman Cooler
320BG SATA HD

My only question for you guys is. Will I notice a CONSIDERABLE improvement from my current setup?

Thanks in advence
Sean

Crucial ram here

only reason i ask if ill notice the improvement is, when i upgraded from a 9600xt to a x800... i only noticed an improvement in smoothness in games not any quality improvements. Also.. does any of you know if the sapphire x1950 pro ultimate uses the overdrive 3 overclocking?
