He's got XP (Pro i think) and has been told by some people it is something to do with his HDD being full beyond the limit of his BIOS \ Mobo limits.
Is there anything he can try - he has ALOT of work on there so something none memory destructive please. Is there a way of taking the info from his HDD using my machine without a format?
I dont know if this will work but you could try taking his HDD out, placing it in yours as a secondary hard drive. Make some space, then move it back to his?
Or just try to reinstall or repair windows on his computer.
