Interesting. They mention that 32-bit is fully supported - but what about legacy 8 and 16 bits? If they aren't supported then good old crappy Win9x/ME will not work with that CPU as Win9x/ME still uses a DOS core OS (8 bits) running a simpictic GUI interface with simplistic mult-tasking (24-bits - NOT 32). Some parts of OS are 32-bit, but not as many as you might think.
IMO this is actually a good think as the benefits of Win2K/XP far outweigh the single benefit of speed that Win9x/ME has.
Oh yeah - M$ get to charge you more as well
