Logitech G5 Firmware Update 1.2
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/do...ftwareid=11305
EDIT: I didn't realize the I hotlinked the file so here is the link to the DL page.
This update is 32bit only.
My glass Corepad was getting a little warn and I was considering getting a new one and then today I seen this firmware update. Any stuttering or tracking issues I was having is now gone. For what Logitech lacks in the driver department they made up for in this firmware release.

I believe my issues are because I have a lower end glass pad on a glass desk. It worked really well when I first got it and as the actual texture on the surface of the glass has warn my tracking has become wishy washy. After I applied this firmware it feels like the day I got the pad. Other peoples results will very depending on the surface of there pad.

Is that what it says when you first run the utility or after you try to flash?
What firmware are you flashing from 1.0 or 1.1?

that's odd.. you'd think a firmware update would work reguardless of your operating system...

It's probably just the update utility that hasn't been compiled for the 64bit version.

Are you trying to flash with a hub in between the PC and the mouse?

If there is firmware available for a specific device then it is listed under "Other Downloads" on the same page as the drivers. In your case I do not see anything so unless there is a beta floating around, no.
