Accidentally Disabled All USB Ports

[COLOR=black]I was recently installing a V-Stream Analog-Digital external hardware device onto my Dell E510 computer that has Widows XP Media Center Edition, and the program prompted me to disable my USB ports, which I clicked OK on. After the PC rebooted, I cannot get my Keyboard or Mouse to work so I have no Idea how to get back into the system restore feature to reverse this process. Since I don't have any other method PS2/etc that I am aware of to connect a Mouse or Keyboard to. I did not order the Windows disks with my PC, so I am not sure how to go about getting this PC to work.[/COLOR]

Greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!

During the intial POST of the computer, try clicking on the key that gets you into the Settings screen. It's possible that your USB keyboard will work during this period prior to initializing the Windows settings that disabled your USB devices.

Once in the settings, search for the setting that enables all USB functions per BIOS.

you may be able to reset this if you hit F8 BEFORE windows boots up, keep hitting this key and it should bring up a windows boot method manager. Try using safemode to restore if you wish, or to renable those devices (it SHOULD load up the usb devices in a native mode allowing you to get around)
