Well that refeurb A8N32 SLI-Deluxe i picked up from newegg ended up being a dud, im sendin it back imediatly for a refund, so beg the question, whats the opinion on what would be the best way to go for a
new board, was checkin out the DFI nforce4 Expert (which is still an SLI board)on newegg for like $120, or maybe the infinity version which is considerably cheaper, or maybe the A8N-Premium(as i really dont need the the 2 full 16x lanes), if there's any recomendations for feature rich s939 PCIe boards without SLI or are good for single card solutions please help me out!!
The open box board i got from newegg came with everything except the case I/O panel for the case, it booted at first and i got windows installed but it acted weird, (sata was coming up as removable storage), it froze during driver installation and after a few more post it refused to go any further, no beeps no post no nothing, RAM, CPU and everything except the x1950 are back on the A8V deluxe and work, i also tried an nvidia 64 meg PCI card in the A8N32 before i tore it down and the same, the only part i cant check is the x1950xt as i dont have access to a PCIe board, im thinkin, and hopin, and prayin its ok.
Help me out though with some PCIe boards please?!
