too HIGH of voltages?
i sent my new antec 550 back on monday for an RMA, and got sick of waiting. i threw my old thermaltake 480 back in this afternoon and now it shows my power is better then ever.
what concerns me most though is the +3.3 says its at an average of +3.39. is this going to be a problem?

For reference..
the min max %tage you should be concerned about is roughly 5% + or - on each rail. However i personally don't want to see anything beyond 2.5 or 3% in either direction.
So 2.5%
0.025x12v = 0.3v +/- (meaning anything reading as 11.7v to 12.3v is considered within safe zones, no need to adjust)
0.025x5v = 0.125v +/- (so anywhere from 4.875v to 5.125v is safe)
0.025x3.3v = 0.0825v +/- (anywhere from 3.2175v to 3.3825v)
Use that as my own suggested reference... course the closer to the dead on spec.. the better imo.
And really, to really be concerned about is to have fluctuating voltages. If it's bouncing all over the place, up over 12v and down under 12 up and over constantly all over the place. Then it's not good even if it's within the safe zone.
And lastly, DON'T ever trust the voltages using a software program within windows. It's quite unreliable. If you doing to check it for sure, check it within the bios, but don't trust those completely either.
Use a Multimeter to check for sure.

ya i know not to put 100% trust into software based programs, but the normaly give a good general look at things.
as for fluctuations, everything is reading as pretty solid.

well using the results you posted, i'd say your 3.3v is the only one that's a smidge high.

actually lol.. it shouldn't work that way.. your PSU should compensate and provide.
Just pop into your bios and see if it's registering that high.
You still within 3% though on that rail which is still safe.

Especially 3.3v, not used on too many devices, and not that far out of spec anyway
