120 mm PWM controlled fan
Hi guys,
I'll begetting a thermlaright ultra 120 soon to cool my pentium d 930. But it doesn'tcomewiththefan. And most intelmotherboards give errors if something isn't plugged into the 4 pin fan header. So does anyone know any 120 mm fan whose speeds can be conrtolledby the motherboard? Thanks in advance. P.S I searched in newegg but all the 4 pin models they have are the molex kind. |

what MOBO??
most that have a 4 pin header these days allow you to plug a 3 pin into them also. |

Yeah... just any generic 120MM fan should work, most mobo's control fans by lowering voltages

so if i were to get a regular 120 mm fan(without controller)and plug it into the 4 pin header,it would work without a hitch?
