Generic 450w PSU 16A 12V, Sufficent for X1600Pro?

So I just noticed the PSU in my case isnt the one in the picture on newegg. This one only has 16a on the 12v rail. Im pretty sure this wont be enough for a x1600pro but im praying someone out there has a similar setup and hasnt run into any problems.

I really dont have the money for a PSU right now, If I have to replace that too the rig will take me another week to complete.

You may get by with it if you use a single power connection from the PSU for now. Most of everything I've read states that a minimum of 20A is the better option for the 12V rail. My own PSU has 28A and I'm very happy with my performance.

Just be sure that you don't connect the video card with a Y-splitter that goes to another device. Use the Y-splitters on things like DVD/CD devices, HDDs, etc....but a single one to the video card.

Then, after you get your system up and running, maybe then you can determine if you need to get another PSU.

System Specs

Maybe saved by the fact the X1600 is not the most power hungry, but a single 16A at 12v is seriously weedy - on current power rail distributions, it limits the PSU to being no more capable than a good quality 300W unit.
