I wanna buy a 20 inch tft widescreen monitor

I want to buy a 20 inch widescreen tft monitor. I want to game on it, so i need some low respons rate. Next to that I want also to watch television on it.
My budget is arround 500 euros. I want the maximum on screen quality and some good angle to watch tv on it for that money, but I really don't know what to buy. I got no experience with tft screens cuz in the past there wasn't much good quality in this. Next to that I get migrains easily off cheap screens that flicker too much, or pixels that don't cool off fast enough.
Could somebody give me some good advise on what screens to look at? Or which screens are the best for somewhere around that prize. It can be a bit more, if the quality is really much more.
I got a 9800 pro in my computer with a DVI out, so that's no problem.

Thanks in advance

I just bought a 19" Viewsonic widescreen and absolutely love it. I was going to save up some more cash and get a 20.1" widescreen, but the 19" went on sale and it was more than $100 less than the 20" that I wanted so I just went with the wone I have.

I would have to say that the best 20" widescreens for the money would probably be the viewsonic or Dell
this is the viewsonic

the dell costs a bit more and has is rated at 12 or 16ms rather than 8 like the viewsonic, but is HDCP complient so it will be a bit more future proof if you want to watch hi-def video content from hd-dvd or blue ray

System Specs

I would go for a NEC 20WGX2

6ms AS-IPS which is really low for 20"
