I'm in need of Help! I'm a Hardcore gamer, please help!
I have Ati eXpress 200 Chipset (128 MB graphic memory shared)
I play Counter-Strike Source, I use to have FPS probleams and all.
Untill I found some Configs and I lowered my settings which gave me
awsome FPS 60-120+
Now, I just got the update
and installed Ati Catalyst 6.4 and now
the gaming FPS have hit soo low it, not even
funny, even with the Configs and settings.
I want to know is there a way to set it back to like
Ati Catalyst 6.3 or is there other options.
I've not installed Omega Drivers,
I've herd good things about it, but have never used it
or seen it first hand, what should I do.

gave an hour? CCC must be hogging stuff for that slow period you noticed... & ya your choice for omega's, they 'should' be better in many ways (not specifically 'faster'... not that it hurts things)

you know......using a gfx card will be a big improvement over onboard video. something like an x1600 will be a great deal of help for your gaming experience. you can either get more FPS at same IQ, or increase IQ and maintain your current FPS.

agreed. My little bro has a Celly D system with onboard ATI graphics (same thing you have) and he plays mostly rts games, but games are the primary use of his computer. He got decent performance, but I recently put a 6600GT in his system for him and he is enjoying much better performance now. He can turn up the graphics quite a bit more and he gets better fps while everything looks better as well.
if you are just playing css you don't need much... (I actually play lots and lots of css on my main rig... but You don't need anything like what I have to run css lol) But just about anything that has it's own onboard memory would be fine. I would go with either an x1600, 6600 or a 7600 based card
