I am building my new PC and am SO stoked

So I have finally ordered all the bits for my new Rig and just had to share

the Final list is as follows:

Opteron 170
Abit AT8 32X
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320g SATA II 16Mb (really cool HDD IMO has some great features)Link
Sapphire X1900 XTX
Tagan Easycon 580w Modular PSU(I love my Tagans)
I will be using my RAM from this rig.

I know that Conroe is coming soon and all but I couldnt wait and I dont feel like forking out for another 2 Gig set in DDR2 so this is what I have decided on. Im hoping it "may" be here by the weekend(the CPU will be for sure but I had to order it elsewhere then the rest) so if it comes I will have an excruciating weekend staring at the CPU box waiting for the post on Monday for the rest

I hear its a great OC'er and for the price I cant really fault it. Here in Norway it was like 100Kr more than a 3800 X2(well okay that was initially but it was still cheaper than a 4400 X2 by about 50 Quid) So even with a mild OC Im at 4400 speeds with very little effort. Im not intending on trying to get it to FX-60 speeds but hey if can get to 2.4 I would be perfectly happy

thats a sweet rig.The only thing i would have liked to change is the x1900 xtx.U could have saved some money and got a x1900 xt and just oced it to xtx speeds.
But other than that,no complaints.

Yeah hacker my intial plan was to go with an XT but the I found and XTX for a decent price(VERY relative here in Norway) so I couldnt pass it up. Normally Avg. price for an XT here is around 3600Kr($579 US!!!) and the XTX is around 4200($676 US!!!!) or more I managed to pick up the XTX for 3995($643 US!!) so technically its a "good deal"
Lets put it this way the whole system is going to cost be about $1700 US where if I had ordered it all from Newegg it would cost me more like $1200....

because the optys are mad fast!

I have an Opty 148 that does 3Ghz no sweat.

I had 2 165's a CCB1E that did 2.7Ghz on stock voltage, sold that
CCBBE (currently in my rig) that does 3Ghz and I run it at 2.8Ghz on 1.375v 24/7
