Socket AM2, 4 DDR2 Slots, 3 PCI Express x16
I need a motherboard like this:
Socket AM2, 4 DDR2 Slots, 3 PCI Express x16
I tried newegg.com but I can't get all that together. I hope a mobo like this exists. If not, you can list one close. Here's what I need to get in:
eVGA 512-P2-N575-AX Geforce 7900GTX 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - 2 slots of PCI Express x16. $574
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model TWIN2X1024-8500 - 2 slots DDR2, and room to double the amount later with the 2 of the same. $229
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Windsor 2000MHz HT Socket AM2 Processor Model ADA4600CUBOX - $599
Im probably being greedy but I want an uber high end computer. The extra PCI Express slot is for my hope that a physics card like the ageia one will be PCI Express one day. I assume it will be nicer than PCI. Plus I get the time to let them get the bugs out.
Oh, and if you can find better prices for any of those things, the you're my hero!

Hmm, I heard something about that processor that will make it not that great with ddr2. Can sum1 clarify this? Also, th gfx card I mentioned takes up 2 slots. Does that mean it has SLI with iteslf? if not, more PCI Express would be nice, but that would add up to a total of 5 PCI Express x16. Probably not one in existence though.

So i did a little reasearch, and it looks like socket AM2 will be better than 939. Here is a link:
http://anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2762
It looks like it is what I need for DDR2 so I will need an AM2 port in the mobo instead of a 939.
Also, If an admin could change the title of this thread or if sum1 could tell me how to do it myself that would be nice. So it could say Socket AM2, 4 DDR2 slots, and 3 PCI Express x16 slots. Thx.
I added the new processor I will be using in also.

939 processors will NOT work with DDR2.

Jetway is the only company that I know of currently making boards with 3x PCI-E 16x slots. They are so new, however, their website does not even list them yet -- from my understanding only benchmarkers can get their hands on them at the moment.

well I found The closest I have found is one at newegg, it has 2 PCI Express x16 and 2 PCI Express x1, 3 PCI and 4 DDR2 Slots. However the North Bridge is right between the 2 Pci EXpress x16 slots so Im pretty sure I can't even fit a double decker GFX card in.
