Computer I might buy

I plan to buy these parts to make a computer for myself, but I wanted other people's input first. If you know where i can get any of the following parts for cheaper or if some of these parts arent compatible or don't work well together, PLZ PLZ PLZ let me know. Here is the computer:

Plz let me know if there is anything that won't work well with this computer. I also plan to fill the other to rams slots with 512mb sticks from my old computer, for a total of 2 gb ram.

That RAM won't work because it is DDR2 and you motherboard supports DDR.

If you really want DDR2 and AMD you will need an AM2 motherboard.

Then if you get that you would need an AM2 processor. Here is what I see on Newegg

i changed it, how does it look now? And will it overclock well?

ok, i like the opteron, i updated it. I also changed the case so tell me if that case won't work with something.
