20+ phantom ethernet controllers!

I just got my pc that I shipped to myself and everything boots fine except now I have about 20 "ethernet controllers" that windows tries to install hardware for. It cannot find the hardware. Also, when I try and uninstall them they come back. Is this a virus or some sort of system error?

Ah, the culprit was dust. There was a bunch of dust on my wireless card and must have been shorting a connection because once i dusted it off it worked normally, except the wireless card does not work :/
