Default Post help with NAVCE + win2k

i had Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition installed on win2k and it was running ok. a couple of days ago i noticed that LiveUpdate stopped working. so i tried running a virus scan, that wasnt working either. i uninstalled NAVCE and Liveupdate and tried to reinstall but it wouldnt. so i checked the symantec site, told me i could have the Klez virus, ran a scan online and download the Klez scanner, i was clean. so i did a search and got this link:
http://service2.symantec.com/SUPPORT...type=corp&svy=

this is the error i get, except im using win2k and NAVCE 7.6.

im not sure if i should edit my registry so here's what i have there, tell me if i should change it to say what it does on the site:

if u could help me out it would be great. thanks.
