DVD Burner Going Bad
Could you guys give me a few recommendations on a good DVD Burner. I want to stay with the 16x burner by the way. My Liteon SOHW-1673W seems to be going bad.
I forgot to mention that I also am using Nero 7 Ultra burning software and would like to stay with it. drwho   |

I would say get an updated firmware first

The pioneer in my sig was 40 buks at newegg and hasnt had a bad burn yet, using nero 7 here, ive only burnt reg dvdr's single layer 16x Verbatims, bout half way through my first 100, aslways at 16 speed,very quite drive, only con i found is it seems to take a lil long to initialy spin up a disk, not too baad though, also burnt quite a few data and music cd-r's, all in all, quite happy.
