What uses SLI or Crossfire?

Aside from 3D games, what Windows/Mac OS X applications or processes actually make use of two video cards in SLI or Crossfire configuration? Anything at all, except for games, please?

if you're useing 2 monitors it will make use of the 2nd card (1 slot from each card taken by the link cable and one on each open for a monitor) lol

actually everything can use SLI as it is driver based. you can also manually create SLI profiles for specific programs. So really you can make SLI profiles for any program that displays graphics including media players and DVD decoders
