Does your speakers have a plug that supposed to be plugged into sub-woofer output - OR

Does the whole speaker susyem simply connect to 1 stereo output?

How many connections are in the speaker systems connector? (3 or 4?)

Be a ware of the setting in surrounder to route LFE to sub-woofer (aks LFE) output (shared with center speaker) - by CHECKING this option will send ALL low frequencies TO the LFE output. Thus the normal stereo fron outs may sound like its missing.

The Sattelites are connected to the Sub... so my speaker has only 1 output going to my Soundcard... yup i already unchecked that in the sorrounder... and btw... increasing bass at treble in timbre doesn't have any results

that is actually pretty weird seeing how your sub filter Bass from your satelites...it should really have nothing to do with your card...you did move the jack though correct? green plug to black jack and black plug to green jack? your connections are reversed on a Creative card using KX...

if your JUST sending stereo signal to the speaker system, ONLY 1 SLIDER will work on TOP ROW of the INS & OUTS PAGE of the KX MIXER. Which one that works depends on the jack the speaker is plugged into.
