kX and BeOS

This is a platform with minimal latancy for audio.
OK I know its sold but its geting open-sourced and maybe rivived again ...

heh.. well, maybe someday... but there's no BeOS at this moment...

Although I use BeOS along with M$ OSes and I know that many others do too, you got a point there.
I'll keep you informed if shomething new happens in the open-source area of BeOS.
I just wanted to know if it was possible in case there was an interesting movement there ...

of course, it would be possible if BeOS was available and functional. at the moment, the BeOS5 is not the best OS to write drivers for, simply because the future opensource releases might be incompatible with it.

as soon as OpenBeOS has stabilised kernel and is working, we will try to port our driver to this OS.
