WinXP and Vienna 2.3 for NT

Doesn't seem to work for me (for too long anyway).

It works for about 5 mins and then disappears. The VIENNA32.EXE is still shown as a task, but not as an application. And I cant remove the task from memory.

Please help?

hi mark,
-vienna 2.3 works fine for me on Wins xp, therefore i dont think its an xp /vienna mismatch.

-did you download it from the creative website? if you didnt try doing that, thats where i got mine.
-i know this is a basic question but did you restart your computer b4 trying it?
-try reinstalling... sometimes that works
-if all else fails there are other soundfont editing progs out there to use...

Thanks Trev, your question of where I got the program made me think.
I installed vienna from an old Live card CD. So thare definitly multiple versions of 2.3 for NT flying around. The first one didn't tell me to re-boot. So I not have. I just downloaded it from soundfont.com and it works beautifully - THANKS!. I was really starting to get nervous cuz I prefer Veinna to Awave or the other.
