Pro Tools LE Mbox and kx project driver conflict

does anybody know of any conflicts with pro tools le and the kx driver?
i own an mbox and have a sblive card.
i wanted to get the latency down so i thought i would install the kx drivers.
the kx drivers work fine on their own, however they wont work with my pro tools le, in fact the computer wont boot with both installed.
the computer worked fine with pro tools and the soundblaster live drivers, but i just wanted lower latency so i tired the kx drivers.
of course i have uninstalled the soundblster drivers before installing the kx drivers.
i have tried pro tools le 5.3.3 and 6.4 with kx 3537, always uninstalling, removing any leftover registry entries and then reinstalling , but its no good.
with both kx project drivers and pro tools, after a reboot the computer wont boot.
does anyone have protools le for mbox, what version of protools are u using and what version of the kx driver??
anyone know of any issues??
