no pan in Cubase sx 2.2 Help plz

Hi, I have a SB live platinium SB0060 [9000] and i´ve the 3537 driver of kx.
i´ve pan in reason 3 and all programs but in Cubase sx not

When i try to change panning in the track the volume reduses only.
i dont like the reverb and chorus filter that cames with the driver..but im a newbie in this matter. The sound output with reverb and chorus sucks and i dont want t have it.
I wonder if anyone have a Kx settings for me that dont have reverb and chorus in it.
Or how to resolve this problem.

Please read the driver manual and the help files here in the forum. Learn to configure the DSP of the soundcard, then you can do nearly everything you want with kX. If you have any more questions, try to be more specific and give us your system config.

my system config is:
win xp pro sp1 ; 1 gb RAM ; 80GB 7200RPM Maxtor on winxp ; 200GB Maxtor 7200RPM ; SB liveplatinium SB0060 [9000] Software: Cubase sx 2.2.0 build35
For me its very complicaded to understand the configs, im a newbie. so if u can give some normal setings for my kx (i dont know if its possible) i apreciated.
I just want the sound clean..i use many samples and i want them to sound just like they are and
with the default setting kx gave i cant..and i have no panning in cubase (weird).

First of all, we all here were newbies at the first kX installation, and we had to learn many things about the function of the driver and all the possibilities we never had before. So take a little time and make some testing. All questions are surely discussed before in the forum, try the search function. I´m sure you will manage the problem. You can´t damage someting (except your speakers when on high levels

). If something goes completely wrong, simply reset settings or reinstall the driver, and all will work like before. One point: you have a card model with an ASIO mapping issue, so some channels are on the wrong physical I/O port of your card. Search the forum for "Asio mapping issue" or SB0060 to get more info. And check your PM.
