Help?

Hi, I have a SB Live! 24-bit 7.1 card, recently installed, along with an old, permanent motherboard one. I uninstalled the old drivers, have my 5.1 headphones hooked up to the new card, and so on. Now when I try to install your drivers, it goes straight to the VTS (or wahtever) directory selector, so I hit cancel. It says installation complete, I exit out, and reboot. I here sound, but when I log back on, there is no KX Mixer. I am running Windows XP, a good video card, and 512 mb ram.

I'd really appriciate it if you helped me,
Jesse

I am not sure, but I think that (I read this in another post) the SB Live! 24-bit 7.1 card does not use, either the emu10k1 or emu10k2 processor, and as such does not work with kX.

Look here: SB live! 7.1
