Hello to all..
I'm a newbie of this kind of driver...
I would like to know if is possible to use front pannel of my Sb Audigy Platinum (1st series).
I tried to connect my guitar but I can't hear nothing by speakers, and I can't record...

Hi!

I also have the Audigy Platinum.
You must follow the step by step guide from LeMury, on how to set up you DSP panel. This is very important! Initially, nothing on my Audigy Platinum card worked. Cause kXdrivers works very well, but only if you decide to put down a small effort to make it work. The DSP panel is the keyword!
Here is the link

Hope you make it work!

First, obvious step is to check that the front panel is powered — do this by removing the cover from the Optical Out jack. If it is glowing red, the unit is powered, and should be recognized by the kX drivers.

Two quick tests of the Audigy drive + kX driver/Mixer controls would be to plug into the Headphone jack (with Automute enabled in "Settings", and, if you have a mini stereo plug > RCA cable, use a portable CD player to output to the RCA jacks of "AUX In 2" (remember to unmute it in the Mixer's "Ins & Outs" section).

If you get sound from these connections, the drive most likely is OK, so look for the switches that mute/unmute the other inputs you want from the Audigy's front panel in "In & Outs". Confirm that the inputs unmuted and the volume sliders set to an audible level.

Good luck!
