maybe you are a gamer, but i know some why because it happeneed to me before and then i returned to kx. go to start-allprograms-uninstall kx package.
the go to device manager, kx audio properties-driver and unistall, restart you system and that's all.

I wait the last release of kx driver (3538) and if there are the same problem with game than there are now with 3537 I uninstall it and I return to original driver!
Thanks very much at all!
